"Terrible service and payments jump HUNDREDS every month. North star is half the cost with same policy. They also never answer the phone or call you back. The girls answering the phones don’t know what they are talking about and just pull answers out of there butt to try and satisfy you and then when you argue with there reasoning for a bill increase they tell you they aren’t even licensed to look at the policy."

"I’ve contact the business bureau of this business. Extremely unprofessional. I find it funny that I call out the representative Hannah or Kelly who called my number, for her to hang up on me when I mention I can hear a whole conversation in the background not sure if she was just embarrassed that I called her out on it. I called back again, just to let them know, and the woman who I spoke to was extremely condescending yet I believe she was speechless because she (Jordan) didn't know how to handle what I told her. These people harass you to buy insurance from them but dont know how to be professional. Funny."
