"A year ago i rated 5 star and excellent but it was just policy start up. i get real experience when i stop the policy and thats due to i move to other state. when i had policy i get frequent call from bronson. When i stop policy i made a call to him and told due to moving i stop policy so please send the refund to me. He said will take care. He send me the cheque on my OKC address and it returned. after two month voids period i got call from office mentioingn pleae provide new address so we can send you cheque. i was in OKC at that time so i asked is it ok if i come personally and collect. They told me will check and revert back to you. after my serveral calls finaly i can abel to hold someone at office and she told me we cant handover cheque we will post to your new address and you will get it with in 6-8 week. i am shocked and surprised. 1). if they knew i am not on that address why they sent the cheque that address ? They have my contact detials why not communicated like before every month they were doing for policy renewl. 2). why personal collection is not allow if they want they can ask my ID and other verification to make sure i am the person who paid all two years insurance to them. Their intense is only keep money with them longer time with any reason and they found the reason. 3). When i epxress myself with the support staff that this is not good expereince and probably i will not refer any one to your office. She told It's fine we dont need it from you. THIS IS FOR ALL PEOPLE I WILL ADVISE IF YOU GOING HERE PLEASE MAKE SURE THEIR TERMS ALSO YOU NEED TO CHECK YOUR QUOTE EVERY MONTH AND COMPARE AND IF YOU HAVE SIMILAR CASE PLEASE PROVIDE THE ADDRESS FROM YOUR SIDE IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY IN 6-8 WEEK. OTHER WISE THEY WILL NOT CALL OR COMMUNICATE AND YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY ATLEAST FOR 6 MONTH."

"I was with another insurance company for years. I was hesitant to make the switch but I finally made the decision to switch. I couldn’t have made a better decision, the Bronson Schubert team is absolutely amazing. "I normally wouldn’t write a review but this place cancelled my insurance without telling me, and they planned on doing it when my policy was due for payment. Instead I cancelled the day I realized and switched companies. It has been almost a full month now and they are not refunding my money. I’ve reached out on several occasions and keep getting the run around. They also won’t tell me who I can get in touch with to speed things along. I’ve never had an insurance refund take more than a couple days. They keep saying “underwriting is still processing it.” Or “we’ve gotten more cancellation requests since then.” Well I have had my request placed for quite some time now. Why are others taking priority over mine? Absolutely ridiculous. I wouldn’t recommend anybody do business with this place."
