"I've been w/State Fatm Insurance 4+ years when i pd my bill they took the pmt out of wrong acct. so I instantly called them back and told them and they said they would take care of all the charges but when the bank charges came due then would not reimburse me back my money. It was not my fault they took the pmt out of wrong acct ."
