"First time homeowner, statefarm at Bronson Schubert dropped me after third claim within a year. But the last claim was never paid out or less than deductible. I was just seeing if it was an insurable event (leaking roof) but was denied on the last one, though they covered broken garage door and copper pipes bursting into living room only. Learned my lesson insurance is for profit not proper protection. USAA gave me better coverage policy and a lower rate immediately when Statefarm dropped my policy unexpectedly. Highly recommend USAA."
